1. Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover accepted.
2. Checks or Money Orders can be mailed with an
order. Please add 15% for COD fees.
3. COD – Shipped UPS or FedEx to your door where a
company check or money order is taken by the driver.
4. Terms – Fill out the credit
application and fax to:

with approval and credit limit.
Shipping
Orders are shipped FOB Roanoke VA unless otherwise
stated on a quote or confirmation.
Returns
If an item needs to be returned, please call
customer service at 800-231-4515 to get a return
authorization number. Unless product is defective,
returns are subject to restocking fees. Special
order or custom product is not returnable.
Warranties
IHI warrants to the original purchaser that this
product is free from any substantial defects in
materials and workmanship. If this product proves to
be defective in materials or workmanship during the
period of this warranty, IHI will repair or replace,
at it’s option, the defective product free of charge
(except for transportation charges as provided
below). The period of this warranty is the one year
period beginning from the date of shipment of this
IHI product by IHI to the purchaser.
To obtain warranty service, the purchaser must call
IHI to have a return goods shipping instructions
assigned to them. On IHI request, the purchaser
should then send the product claimed to be defective
within the warranty period, transportation prepaid,
to the following address. Collect shipment will not
be accepted.
IHI will return such repaired or replacement items
to the sender free of charge. Items claimed by the
purchaser, but not found by IHI, to be defective
will be returned to the purchaser by a reasonably
expeditious means at the purchaser’s expense. This
expense may include labor charges incurred from
inspecting the unit.
This warranty shall not apply to products which, in
the sole judgement of IHI, have been subjected to
contamination, negligent handling, improper
installation, tampering or adjustment,
misapplication or misuse. The purchaser is solely
responsible for determining suitability for use.
Only the terms expressed in this Limited Warranty
shall apply and no distributor, corporation or
individual is authorized to amend, modify or extend
this warranty in any way on resale.
Pricing
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to
change. We will advise of any changes prior to
accepting an order. We reserve the right to correct
typographical pricing errors.
Backorders
Backorders are shipped upon customer request and
will include applicable freight charges.
